UEP acquires property of current ‘Bar 3’ and ‘Damon’s Print Shop’ for redevelopment: Urban Equity Properties, LLC. has acquired the property of Bar 3 and Damon’s Print Shop in order to redevelop parts of downtown. Redevelopment is scheduled to begin in January 2014. Residential loft apartments are included in the new construction, as well as a first floor restaurant and bar. The president of UEP states that this “will be the first downtown food and beverage establishment with an accordion facade that completely opens onto the sidewalk.”
